virtual WORKSHOP: thursday, september 10th at 4pm pt / 7pm et
Surrender into Pleasure with a Partner
Surrender isn't something you can simply will yourself into. (If you could, we wouldn’t need this workshop.)
It's something your body and nervous system have to feel safe enough to do.
"Just relax." "Have a drink."
Chances are, you’ve heard some version of this well-meaning advice before — maybe even from your doctor — and you've probably noticed by now that it doesn't. actually. work. It's like being told "don't think of a pink elephant." The harder you try to relax, the more your mind is on full alert.
In this workshop, we'll look at why getting out of your head and into your body during sex is so much harder than it sounds — from spectatoring (that experience of watching yourself from the outside instead of being in the moment) to the way your nervous system decides, often without your permission, whether now is a safe time to let go.
We'll explore the underestimated need for warm-up, and how leaning into masculine and feminine polarity (as energetic roles, not gender roles) can give you somewhere to land when you're not the one holding the reins. Then we'll move into practice: real, somatic tools for building the felt sense of safety that surrender actually requires.

(A replay will be provided)
here's what you'll learn:
Why your brain and body can work against each other during sex, and what happens when spectatoring shows up
Why the body's timeline for arousal is often longer than we expect, and how that shapes your ability to let go
How masculine and feminine polarity can create the conditions for surrender, whatever your gender or relationship structure
Somatic practices to build a felt sense of safety with a partner, so surrender becomes something your body can access
Sarah was open, comfortable, and held our hands as we gave ourselves permission to explore. Her ease made it possible for all of us to soften and open. I can't recommend her enough.

It’s not too late to embrace those parts of me that I have been disconnected with for so long. my husband and I are finding new ways to connect even deeper.

Pleasure doesn't feel like an abstract, distant entity anymore, but as a process that I can partake in solo or with my partner.

Mistress sarah
I grew up in a religion steeped in purity culture, where my body felt like a gated community I didn't have the code for.
So I hopped the fence.
What followed was two decades of filling in the gaps — studying human sexuality, somatics, and the erotic arts with some of the most respected names in the field.
I'm a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology, trained in the VITA™ Method and the Erotic Blueprints™. My methodology blends science, somatics, and soul — with the embodied presence of a professional flamenco dancer and lifelong educator.
None of us got the sex education we deserved. I'm here to fix that.
Let’s talk details
Do i need to bring my partner?
It's not required, but this class is most useful if they can attend.
Some of the practices are designed to be done with a partner, and you'll get the most out of it live.
Is this only relevant for heterosexual couples?
No. Polarity here refers to energetic roles — leading and grounding vs. opening and receiving — not gender roles.
Any pairing can work with this.
Is this only about physical technique?
No — this is more about presence than performance. You won't leave with a checklist of moves; you'll leave with a felt sense of what surrender actually requires and some real tools to build it.
Come home to your body. Come home to each other.
