OFFERINGS AND CLIENT AGREEMENT

All offerings are owned and operated by the Company.

Certain offerings, including coaching services, are governed by a separate Client Agreement, which must be reviewed and signed after purchase and prior to the commencement of services. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall control with respect to the coaching relationship.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND FINALITY OF PURCHASE

All coaching services are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of scheduling, participation, perceived fit, communication delays, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

The Company reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Coaching sessions are conducted within a professional and confidential container. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law, including but not limited to circumstances involving risk of harm to self or others.

Communications submitted through the website, email, or other channels outside of scheduled coaching sessions are not considered confidential, unless otherwise expressly stated in a signed Client Agreement.

NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative and experiential process. Individual outcomes vary, and no specific results or guarantees are promised or implied.

Your progress depends on many factors outside the Company’s control, including but not limited to your participation, personal circumstances, history, and integration of practices.

NOT MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC CARE

The Company provides somatic sex coaching, sexuality education, and embodiment-based guidance. These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, physical therapy, or licensed mental health care, and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological services.

The Company does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure any physical, mental, emotional, or psychological condition. Nothing provided through the website or offerings should be construed as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

You agree to seek support from a licensed professional when appropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website and within the Company’s offerings — including text, graphics, audio, video, designs, worksheets, branding, and educational materials — is the exclusive property of sarahward.co or properly licensed to the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, modify, or publicly display any materials without prior written consent.
