Grief Ritual
What if the thing standing between you and more pleasure is grief that never had a chance to be felt?
Grief is something we all carry, from the end of a relationship, to job loss. Grief can rise from a health diagnosis, or an aging body that doesn’t respond the way it used to.
When we don’t give ourselves space for grief to be felt and processed, it holds on, and can keep us from feeling fully.
Right now there’s also a lot of collective grief coming up around sexuality, which makes this a good moment to gather and move some of it through together.
We’ll look at how grief gets in the way of pleasure and how to hold it. Together, we’ll move through a grief ritual to give it a place to land. This is an experiential workshop, more about feeling than learning, so join me for a somatic experience.

A way to work with your grief that gives it a container to hold
After a traumatic experience and a painful break-up, I knew I needed support.
Sarah beautifully guided me back into my inner wisdom so that I could make the choices I needed to make to move forward from this rough patch.
I left our sessions together feeling inspired, confident and ready to live and have sex again!

Mistress sarah
My work lives at the intersection of the body, the erotic, and the parts of us we were taught to keep hidden — including grief.
I'm a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology, trained in somatics, the VITA™ Method, and the Erotic Blueprints™.
Grief and desire don't exist as opposites — they're both the body asking to be felt. This ritual is an invitation to let your body hold what it has been carrying alone in a safe, supported space.
Let’s talk details
Do I need to know what I'm grieving to join?
No. Grief doesn't always come with a clear idea of where it originated from. And that's okay.
This experience can hold space for whatever it is that you're holding— the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a future you were planning for.
Will I have to share or speak in front of others?
No. You can participate fully just by being in the experience in your own body.
What if I get emotional or it brings something up?
That's expected, and we're prepared for that. You'll learn a proven process to help you come back to the present moment in case what you meet feels too big to hold.
As a somatic practitioner, you won't be left alone. At the end we'll have an integration period where you'll have a chance to share or ask any questions that came up for you.
Grief is love with nowhere to go.
Let's give it space to breathe.
