Do I need any prior experience with energy work or tantra?
None at all. We start with learning to feel subtle sensation before we do anything with it.
Even if you have experience in tantra or energy work, this will help to deepen your experience.
Is this a hands-on workshop?
This is primarily a guided, internal practice — breath, attention, and awareness.
No partner or prop required, though if you have a lover or partner, you're welcome to invite them to join you.
